"My Honda push mowers wheels needed replacing and I had tried to substitute different front wheels at first that were not the factory model. This decision led to poor mower performance so I decided to order the actual factory model wheels required online.
They didn't have the right ones at the local Lowes or Home Depot.

"I ordered a replacement crock for my crockpot and it arrived cracked and chipped. When I sent an inquiry about it, I received no response back at all. I would have been better off just buying a whole new crock pot. Having to take the time to repackage the broken item and sending it back is a waste of my time. If the item was broken in transit, it would have been due to improperly packaging the item. Very disappointing. "

"As a resident of Canada and because they use another company iGlobal for shipping products out of the USA, they make it very difficult to return anything. It took me almost 3 weeks to obtain any information to return the item I ordered through iGlobal. I first contacted eReplacementParts to return said item, but the customer service person didn't understand that I could not fill out the return form because I lived in CANADA. Their return process is ONLY for USA citizens. This process should be made easier by expanding the return process to be just as easy as AMAZON!!!!!"
