"I ordered a replacement crock for my crockpot and it arrived cracked and chipped. When I sent an inquiry about it, I received no response back at all. I would have been better off just buying a whole new crock pot. Having to take the time to repackage the broken item and sending it back is a waste of my time. If the item was broken in transit, it would have been due to improperly packaging the item. Very disappointing. "

It took me almost 3 weeks to obtain any information to return the item I ordered through iGlobal. I first contacted eReplacementParts to return said item, but the customer service person didn't understand that I could not fill out the return form because I lived in CANADA.
