"My experience was so awesome regarding my purchase, shipping, delivery, and receipt of my item. To start, it was amazing to find a replacement Start Clip to my 20 year+ old treadmill. Great place for parts!

"I bought a replacement blade for my lawnmower, found the make and model easily on their site ( difficult to find anywhere else I looked), customer service was exceptional, and the price is right! It did take a little longer than stated but other than that, it was great! I will definitely order from them again!"

"Needed a belt holder for my cub cadet. It was backordered but was sent fairly quickly. Took five minutes to install. not my first time ordering parts, They are fast and have the parts that fit. that's all you can ask for."

Don't Order Anything Fragile

"I was trying to order a replacement ceramic insert for a crockpot - it was easy to find based on the model # and shipped quickly, but arrived broken, in multiple pieces. There was no sort of bubble wrap or protective packaging - the ceramic bowl was shipped wrapped only in paper. Getting a refund was easy enough as well, thankfully, but I definitely will not be ordering anything else fragile from them again if no effort is made to ensure the package actually arrives in one piece. Disappointing overall."

horrible customer service

"I ordered seven parts on April 30 and received one part I did not order on May 6. I called customer service and told them what happened, and they told me they will send a call tag to ship the part back and when they receive it, I will be refunded. Then they stated if I still wanted the parts I would have to pay for them again, so I did. I waited for the parts for weeks and they never came. I made six calls and sent two emails trying to get the status of my parts and each time the representative said they would have to call me back. They never did. The emails were not responded to, when I asked to speak to a manager, the manager was always off or out of the office. I finally received the parts, but I have not received my refund. I called again and the representative stated a refund takes 4-6 weeks because the shipping manager has to approve the refund and they are really busy. In summary, I have paid for the parts twice and only received one order and still no refund because they really busy. Time to call the credit card company and reverse the charges."

Disappointed. I will think twice before using ereplacementparts again.

"I have used ereplacementparts for years to purchase parts for various tools.
My table saw went down. It needed a new armature and gear, plus 2 different bearings. I ordered the parts, added some extras and paid for 2-3 day shipping.
2-3 days came and went, in fact it was more like 2-3 weeks. It was the brushes (I had added) that held my order up, and as of today they are still out of stock on the website. I was not informed that my entire order would be put on hold until the the brushes were available!
The first employee I spoke with helped me by cancelling the brushes and said it should expedite ASAP. 3 days later and I still have not received my parts. Second employee said it should have expedited employee #1 had it expedited, but my order was still at the warehouse. I was told that my 2-3 day shipping charge would not be changed nor refunded. Employee number 3 confirmed everything that employee #2 had said. after 3 weeks with my table saw out of commission I eventually received my armature and gear. I ordered the bearings and brushes from ebay and received them within days. I am disappointed with ereplacementparts.

"They sent half my order and never sent the other half. I emailed them twice about it and no response. They still have my money and I still don’t have my part after 9 weeks! Save your money do not buy from here! "

"Initially I was happy with your items and buying process but recently I miss-ordered an item because of the items name being similar to the item I actually wanted. Now, it costs more to return it than it’s worth. Next I bought 2 items for my Rtobi trimmer that are truly of horrible quality and 2 that weren’t the right item/fit for my trimmer. Just general disappointment in doing business with your company. "
