DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

"I buy tickets all over the world. I've never dealt with such low life people before. I'm sure they will have a response that makes me look like I'm wrong, but save yourself the trouble and the loss of money and don't believe their lies. These people are scammers PURE and SIMPLE. Maybe it's my fault for falling for their pretense that they would be able to resell the tickets that we couldn't use due to the event being cancelled, but my trust in them cost me $3000.00 There is a reason there are so many bad reviews and the good reviews are also scams. Just know if you proceed after reading this review, it's your own fault. Consider yourself warned."

Eseats to the rescue!

"I was desperately looking for tickets for the sold-out Paul McCartney shoe in Phoenix. I tried looking online on sites like Craigslist, EBay and OfferUp, but almost every person seemed to be a scammer. They all had excuses why they couldn’t meet in person, and they all said to just wire the money and they’d and send the tickets. Thankfully I talked to Bob at Eseats. Bob found us excellent seats at a great price, plus we had the assurance that our tickets were legit. Amazing concert, and amazing service from Eseats!"

Late at Fulfilling the Order

"I purchased two tickets for the French Open the day before the event. Within hours of the order I informed eSeats that I would only be using one and to please list the other for sale. They failed to inform me that if the extra ticket wasn’t sold by midnight it was invalid. The next day I asked them to go ahead and send me the second ticket since it hadn’t sold, and this was when I was informed of that policy. A wasted ticket. Also, the ticket I purchased allowed me to enter Roland Garros at 11 am and there were several great matches going on. I had to email eSeats SEVERAL times to get my ticket, which was only sent around 2pm the day of the matches, causing me to miss all of that tennis that occurred prior to rain delay. And the markups are crazy— I found out tickets at the same level were available at the official French Open website for less than half of what I paid."

Systems and Service together in one!!

"I am a frequent attendee of Sporting and Concert Events. With some events I am looking to just get in the door, and others I desire a premium seat(s). Eseats.com meets both needs. They are my "go to" site. Great Systems and Android interactive App. In addition, they have the customer service to support the automation. I have refereed the company to friends and family on numerous occasions. I have been doing business with them for over 7 years."

"I am a Kazakhstan resident. Decided to visit New York on October 17th for Golovkin-Lemieux boxing fight with friends. After exploring the internet i found out that eseats is one of few sites selling tickets to Kazakhstan citizens, although the most expensive one. In order to obtain american visa a had to buy tickets in advance to present them at US embassy. Therefore i bought 3 tickets with instant delivery via email on September 23rd. After then i received and signed an invoice through docusign waiting for actual tickets. But couple days after i received an e-mail from ****@**** asking for copies of my passport and front and back of my credit card. That was the first time ever i was asked to send a copy of a credit card when making purchases on internet. After checking the eseats rules i sent all the demanded documents, with credit card and CVV numbers covered. With no surprise received another email where they asked a photo of a credit card with visible CVV number. Ok, sent it as well. In the last message from eseats they wrote that my tickets had been emailed to me. No need to say that i am still waiting for them. So, i spent 800+ dollars for 3 instant tickets and waiting for them for 2 weeks with no guarantees to eventually getting them. Never trust this site! "

“First time client from Kazakhstan. We could not get a match on his billing address ID and his email came back as high fraud risk. The client then refused to send us docs. As a merchant we must protect ourselves from credit card fraud and this is one of those times where we took the necessary steps to protect ourselves.”

"Ordered tickets to the New York Nicks from the UK. Was nervous about using a resale site. Emailed eseats before I bought the tickets with some questions, got a reply within 1 hour. Tickets were emailed 1 week before the event (1 day after they were released). Had a great time at the game, no problems with the tickets. I would definitely use eseats again. Quick communication and delivery."
