I wish I could remember the woman's name who helped me because she was amazing. She took the time not only to make sure I understood the process and how I would receive the tickets but put me on hold to check and make sure they were still available when she couldn't find them on her screen. "BUYER BEWARE! I have never written a bad review because I know people make mistakes, but this company is unethical. My Mom purchased Loge Center tickets on-line for Pageant of the Masters for a birthday and anniversary present for my husband and I. When the tickets came, the receipt said "loge" and did not specify the tickets she purchased. In addition, they were the less expensive seats with exorbitant charges attached - for 2 $55.00 seats she paid $335.00. This was expensive for her, but she was trying to do something really nice and got cheated on what she thought she was purchasing. When she called the company and let them know there was an error, they were rude and told her all sales are final and sent a letter. My Mom is not the type to fight and she is very kind, she got royally ripped off. Stay Away. If you want tickets, go directly to the venue. "

Just a note to let you know how awesome it was to work with Jen! I purchased tickets to see a show in another city (Rush in Las Vegas). The tickets were not going to be released released till the week of the show, becasue they were fan club tickets. THAT made me really nervous, considering I paid about $1,200.00 for both tickets, and it was an out of town show. I called Jen (several times), she was so patient and she really made me feel comfortable and totally walked me throught the process, was always there to asnwer my dumb questions and was just outstanding. I go to a lot of shows, and usually go through a broker (Im a big music lover), and will be using your company again because of Jen's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
