"Bought, or thought I did, 2 tickets was charged the email download price, completed the forms and clicked 'checkout'. Got an email saying my request was pending basically. Never heard anything else for a few days then got a phone call saying because I am in Canada you would have to charge an extra $25 as they were not emailable. These were tickets for someone else so I said I would check with them. Meanwhile I received an email from my boss forwarding another email from you asking me to call, this had been sent to the wrong email address so had been picked up in our domain filter. The people did not want to pay the extra so I emailed this (from the right email address) Yesterday I received a call asking what was happening, I explained I had emailed but the incorrect address maybe mixed things up but I didnt want the tickets as they wouldnt pay, was then told that you could email after all???? Sorry, wont be back. Used Stub Hub for all 3 pairs of tickets and had no problem, got tickets in minutes. Obviously you were just trying to get an extra $25 from me, sure mounts up when you add that to each order, even if only half the people fall for it."
