I ordered on the 21st (late, almost the 22nd) and they shipped it out on the 22nd, and I got it the next day on the 23rd (Today) Card works great. I have a P4 2.4c @ 3.3ghz, 1.5GB PC3500 RAM, Audigy 2, and the Geforce 6800GT.. I had a Radeon 9800 Pro my 3dmark03 score went from 6600 to a little over 11000!! unbelievable card it's awesome."
"I had to RMA my ti4200, was told ti series cards are not made any more. I was told i would be given a replacement of equal or greater vaule. Instead i had to pay for shipping the card there $12, shipping back $12, and a $15 RMA fee! On top of all this i recieved a 5200 ultra fx card which is slower and doesn't even compare to a ti4200. There answer was vaule = price not quality. Very angry. They offered to replace it again with a refurbed ti4200 but i would again have to pay shipping."
"I had bought a ti 4600 last year and the board memory failed on me. With contacting the company I received an RMA # and returned the product. Because of the company making new boards they upgraded my video card to the new ti 4600 with 8x or also named the ti 4800. The company stood behind their product.
Just recently the ti 4800 card broke during booting up and they sent me another RMA # without any delay. The company has been very nice and friendly."

I paid to have a replacement card sent. They never refunded my CC when I sent back the DOA card. Took over a month and a investigation by American express for them to issue a refund.
Evga's sales people spoke extremely broken English and seemed to misunderstand my simple instructions.
Overall, Evga seemed like a disorganized company that shipped out sub-standard products."
