"First time experience with PCNation and it was a great one. They had the product I wanted in-stock and at a fantastic price AND you can't beat overnight shipping for under ten dollars. Overall the site was easy to navigate, but I did have a slight problem. I found the item I wanted (digital camera) put it in my basket and continued to fill out all my information.. all that I needed to do was hit "place order" to have my order placed and on it's way.. but before I did that, I decided to open up another window and look around for a little more, I saw a camera, but the price wasn't listed up front, You had to click the link that says "show special price" and once you do that it adds it to your cart and shows you the price.. the problem was is that there isn't any indication that you are logged into an account or anything like that, I figured since it was a totally new window and I didn't log in, that it was just in the cart. So I closed the window and went back and finished up my original order.. The screen came up thanking me for my order and stated I would get an email confirmation and invoice.. and when I got my invoice it showed that the other camera I looked at was added to the order! This was pretty late at night so I had to wait until morning to call them up and take care of it, but once I did, they (customer service) were very friendly and took care of the issue 100%. Overall a very very great experience. I will definitely purchase from PCNation again.
**Update**
DHL almost blew it on this.. they delivered the package next door (house has been vacant and for sale for 2+ years) and never got a signature! Any who, PCNation sometimes does an authorization on the amount as well as puts the charge in.. I had two charges on my card for a few days until the original charge posted.. then the other charge (the authorization) dropped off and I got the money back.. just a heads up."

"I noticed someone talking about DecalGirl on a message board I frequent and decided to give them a look.. I recently got a Xbox 360 and wanted to "spruce" it up a bit and decided to give one of their skin sets a try. I ordered all 3 sets and applied it and my system looks great.. The quality of the product is very good and the design is very sharp and clean. My only gripe was the delivery time.. I ordered early Friday morning around 1:30AM and purchased Express shipping, I didn't get my order until 5 days later and that was after I emailed to inquire about my order. Also There were no instructions included, only a note saying to go to their site for installation tips, but the address listed just goes to their homepage.. So I had to wing it, it seemed pretty straight forward, but before I purchased I looked at the Xbox & PS2 instructions and they talked about using hair dryers and whatnot, so I wasn't 100% on what I should be doing.. In the end though, It turned out great. My Xbox 360 looks cool and the price was nice."

"My experience with ZZF was about the best you could have. I ordered my item (Ultra X-Connect PSU) early Wed. and got it Fri (Thanks to free 2nd day Shipping) Their Free 2nd day shipping is an awesome deal. Not only does it take them no more than 24 hours to process the order they throw in Free 2 day shipping, You can't beat that (Looking at you Newegg!)
I received my item packaged very nicely and the PSU is great. Newegg doesn't even sell this PSU wtf!? Ne who this will not be my last time shoppin @ ZZF"

"First time customer, I ordered a Geforce 6800GT for $399, great deal and it came with a full version of FarCry! Everything went smooth. I ordered on the 21st (late, almost the 22nd) and they shipped it out on the 22nd, and I got it the next day on the 23rd (Today) Card works great. I have a P4 2.4c @ 3.3ghz, 1.5GB PC3500 RAM, Audigy 2, and the Geforce 6800GT.. I had a Radeon 9800 Pro my 3dmark03 score went from 6600 to a little over 11000!! unbelievable card it's awesome."
