"Easy to order the product on the internet. Confirmation email stated that the package would be sent on September 20th via UPS, since I ordered it on the 17th a Friday. No big deal. No shipping information sent to my email until the 22nd. Yet, there was no confirmation of the package being sent on Monday, just billing information. I tried to contact customer service by phone yet I only get a voice mail message. I decided to call another department to get forwarded to an actual person and confirm that the package has been shipped. I waited two more days finding no information on UPS's tracking website about the packages movement except that it was billed. So I call UPS checking about the package with no new information. Instead of calling JustDeals, I decide to send an email which I recieve a reply at 15 minutes past midnight. All that is stated is that they think it must be a mis-scan by UPS. On the 24th, four days after the UPS package was billed and my waiting. Send another email asking for JustDeals to put a tracer on the package to find it if lost. Finally that evening an origin scan is made on the package, I am unsure what happened to the package but 4 days past the actual ship date is not satisfying to me. Update : Recieved the package finally yet only one of my items was sent. Upon reaching customer service they ask me to measure the box and send a fax back to them so that they can verify their error. Semi-inconvenient yet did receive a call back from the company saying that the item will be shipped the next day but at ground speed."

"I had bought a ti 4600 last year and the board memory failed on me. With contacting the company I received an RMA # and returned the product. Because of the company making new boards they upgraded my video card to the new ti 4600 with 8x or also named the ti 4800. The company stood behind their product. Just recently the ti 4800 card broke during booting up and they sent me another RMA # without any delay. The company has been very nice and friendly."

"I use different online companies searching for whom can sell me the bulk of my items helping save money on shipping from multiple places. I ordered an Epox 8RDA+ and 2 sticks of Geil Memory. A total of $400 + of products, unfortunately I recieved a DOA motherboard. Which is not getting resolved to my satisfaction because they RMA services stated that they don't carry Epox motherboards anymore. Which is strange since they still sell Epox motherboards on their website and have them on back order as well. I am suprised at the companies unwillingness to help me resolve my problems."

"To begin I checked their rating on this website to be sure that I am ordering from the right company. This company not only has good prices but great customer service, very impressive. I had some problems with my order that was my own fault and needed to cancel an order. Not only the company call me, they wrote a personal email not some generated email about my request. I am going to use this company with my future buys and recommend my friends because of their great service."
