"My parents used this web site, every few months. On the last order, shipment of order was not received. The company claim for issues with the customs, although the courier mentioned that the package was not arrived at all. We sent all material but no answer was recieved, no second shipment was offered and no refund was payed - Nothing! "

"I bought a product and when arrived I've noticed that the Expire Date was the next month. I should take this during at least 3 months, at least! Try to contact the Customer Service and of course they didn't reply. I do not recommend eVitamins at all.
They have cheap products because they bought them with a lower Expiration Date. In the end you pay less but you don't use the entire product. Is it worth it? No!
Comprei um produto, quando chegou reparei que no mês seguinte expirava. Deveria tomar este suplemento pelo menos durante 3 meses, pelo menos! Tentei contactar o Serviço ao Cliente e claro que não atenderam. Não recomendo de modo algum a eVitamins.
Os produtos são mais baratos porque eles compram-nos com uma data de validade inferior. No final de contas pagam menos mas não utilizam o produto até ao fim. Compensa?! Não!"
"The worse service ever. Customer support is not willing to help. Never got my order, because of the customs restrictions. I was told by evitamins that it was fault that i didn't know about the customs restrictions while ordering, but they have never warned aboutit during the order processing. Six month later, they have replied that they connot make a refund but only to issue a credit for the future orders. NEVER order anything from them,outaide US. Save your money"

I asked for a refund and it was refused with the explanation that the package was stopped at the Italian customs and therefore I have no right to a refund, as per their company policy (they sent me an informative link after I lost the money, but not at the time of purchase of course). I would define this a scam for international customers: if you know that the package could be stopped at customs, why do you continue to export to those countries? If you order on their website, know that if the package does not arrive, for whatever reason, you will not be entitled to a refund."

"I'm in SA. Ordered goods but never received. 7 months and 2 request later and they just say sorry... too late now. Best of all is that you can 'rate' them on their site, but they must first approve your rating. Only if it's good will they publish it. If it's a bad one, they won't publish it LOL... What kind of a rating system is that?

"I ordered vitamins and received a shipping number which said items was delivered and put into my mailbox. Only my regular mail was inside. I'm having a hard time contacting someone at eVitamins to straighten this out! I'm hoping this has a happy ending. I'd be a little leary to use evitamins in the future or to recommend this site to my friends or family, I might even discourage placing an order with them if this is not reconciled. I see that they used DHL and then it was transfered to USPS. I sent requests with evitamins as well as usps. Nothing so far."
