"I live in Italy and was searching for vitamins. I found their site in Italian and placed an order. At no point was I aware I ordered the product from the US. When I received the original tracking number I realized it was shipped from the states so I contacted the company right away and asked them to cancel the shipping as it was being held somewhere, in the US, prior to being mailed internationally, because I knew the package would get stuck in customs. I was notified they could not do so and to get a refund I would have to wait until the package came back. It was almost a $100 purchase (and come to find out later this vitamin sells for $10 in the US). I have continually contacted customer support as over 4 months have passed and they continue to refuse to credit me until they receive the product back; which more often then not customs does not return things. Aside from the fact that I was completely jacked for the cost of the vitamin by 80-90 dollars, they wont credit me. I will never recommend this company to any of my family and friends in the states.!"

"I ordered MIchael's Vitamin D SUBLINGUAL vitamins with Vitamin K. This is for an elderly woman who needs sublingual. The photo was for SUBLINGUAL - that is why II ordered them. I also ordered high potency vitamin D. The Michael's vitamins were incorrect - they sent CHEWABLE. The packaging is very similar - I wrote to them right away. NO reponse. None. I understand errors happen - I judge a company by how well they handle a problem. So you know that e vitamins did? They changed the picture to chewable after I pointed out what the issue was and never contacted me. I was ripped off - plain and simple because my mother can only use sublingual. So the vitamins went into the trash and i am out $'s. Obviously they will receive any further business from me.
I should have plaid better attention to all the negative reviews. Thanks God I did not give them my credit card info and went though Amazon. Based on my experience and all the negative reviews they appear to be very uncaring, not customer service focused and likely very untrustworthy.
The high potency vitamins that I ordered were correct and were sealed.
their coupon lured me on - I am a regular purchaser of vitamins and they lost any chance they had for me to be a repeat customer. I would recommend that you steer clear of evitamins because if you have an issue (even one that is their fault) they do not help you."
"The staff member completely missed the point, offered no explanation and was quite flippant in response. I simply asked WHERE/ WHO had possession of the package since YOUR website claims the delivery carrier had it for 3 days with no updates. The SNIDE response was "you chose the cheapest method of shipment so it will take longer." This has NOTHING to do with the question and did not resolve it. Never a pleasure dealing with ignorant, incompetent individuals who cannot professional answer a freaking question. Still have not received package or an update. I even explained that our USPS carrier has stolen our mail in the past and needed to track who had it. We have a real need to watch its progress and we are treated quite rudely!"
"The website offered the monkey bread baby butter 8 oz but I only received 4 oz. when I called the company they did nothing even though they acknowledged that they had the information incorrect. Guess it is false advertising. The representative offered to have me send the item back and they give me half off on the product. That doesn’t even sound right. Send the product back, and they keep half of my money and I have no product? This is how they do business? It would be funny it it wasn’t so sad and dishonest to offer a product, mess it up then screw the customer. I later received a call from the company who quickly resolved my issues along with refunding the cost of the item. After all of that I would probably shop their website again.
