"Good prices. My package got "misplaced" by the post office, so I didn't actually receive it until 2 months later. USPS marked it as "delivered," despite delivering it to the wrong place. Not the fault of e-vitamins, but still disappointing as a customer. The customer service rep for e-vitamins could only verify that it had been delivered and then I was stuck with figuring it all out. Time wasted was not worth the $10 saved. Because of that experience, I actually ordered from a different company last time & had it sent to another address. "

3. On the "delay" notice the specific item which is not available is not indicated. Since I purchased probably 10 items I don't know what to do.
