"For some reason every one that has ordered something from eVitamins.com has had major issues with delivery process. I placed my order for ZMA (zinc magnesium) and they arrived after 14 days (to the UK) Which I think is fine ? I manged to get a response from DHL pretty much straight away when chasing up my order, so I think its customs delaying all orders due to inspections. It was my first purchase and after reading all the poor reviews on evitamins.com whilst waiting, I was in doubt, but hey! Thumbs up for eVitamins!!! Fantastic prices and a very happy customer. Will do business again - will just have to order earlier :) "

I am sure it is not eVitamins fault but after my product arrived in the UK the customs agent they used held this until I paid another 50% of the cost (my product was £26 yet their handling agent wanted another £13 and would not deliver until paid). I realise that anything from the US is subject to tax and duty but on the government website anything under £135 you do not need to pay import or custom duty...only VAT which should only be approximately £5 so I'm not sure why I had to pay a custom fee to CCL.
I have ordered from numerous US companies and not experienced this so unfortunately I will not be re-ordering from them...back to Amazon for me!"
"I placed an order with eVitamins on the 27th of October for items that appeared to be in stock on their website. On the 28th, I was asked for additional information about my credit card to ensure the transaction was not fraudulent. I understand that this could be an issue as I was making the order from Australia, so I sent the required information the same day. 5 days later I was contacted with a thank you email for the information and notification that my order was in process, which is a long time to finalize the transaction, but I remained patient. A day or so later, I asked for a tracking number and I was sent a response notifying me that my order wouldn't ship until the 15th-18th of November. I was disappointed because I thought the products were in stock, but remained calm as my options are limited in Australia. As the 18th passed, I became frustrated. On the 20th, I was sent another notifying me that my order would not ship until the 4th of December. That is just outrageous! Why would a company 1. Sell products that they do not have in stock without notifying a customer 2. Not be up-front with a customer about time lines upon ordering and 3. Have such a flawed system that products don't even ship until nearly 6 weeks from ordering. There are many other sites that actually only sell items that they have in stock and tell the customer how long other items will take to get back into stock. I would strongly recommend using any other site but eVitamins as they are misleading, sell items that are not in stock and take far to long to fulfill and ship orders. "

"I'm happy with the product I received, but the shipping is VERY slow. They were quick to dispatch my order, and I was notified immediately, however it took 4 weeks for the parcel to reach me in Australia. I ordered some Pregnenalone - and I'm not even sure how they are able to send it to Australia, as iHerb say they are forbidden to send Pregnenalone here due to regulations. So I did wonder whether my parcel had been stopped by customs. Also, I noticed that they put a false (and much lower) product value on the customs declaration form. I'm not sure whether this is a good or bad thing. The shipping was quite cheap, but I would be happy to pay a bit more for a faster delivery! I'm not sure about their customer service. I received an email from them shortly after placing my order, offering to refund my shipping costs IF I made a video of myself opening the order and putting it up on YouTube! I replied to the email, asking if it was legit, and received no reply - this doesn't inspire confidence in their customer service. I'm just glad to finally have the product, and I will have to remember to re-order way in advance when I need it next!"

Other Items I ordered from them clearly stated 'IN STOCK' at the time of order but It takes 1 to 2 weeks for them to ship and further 10-12 days to arrive it in Australia, if I'm lucky. I requested 2 day shipping and ordered the product on Sunday morning. It is now Thursday of the same week and I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT!!! Now, my friend will be leaving the country without her product. I am highly annoyed and disappointed that I did not receive my order in the time I have requested. "Ordered a multi-vitamin almost 3 weeks ago... took about a week for the status to become 'shipped', and it still hasn't arrived. It will probably arrive soon, I hope, but still, about 3 weeks or more for a freaking small bottle of vitamins, way too long. Will never order with them again. When I used to order from iHerb.com, the shipping was quick, can't even compare."

"Took 3 weeks to deliver to Russia instead of estimated 4 weeks, which is really nice. The items were carefully wrapped and packaged. The customer service isn't very quick I should say. When I had problems with my card verification I had to sort them myself most of the time. The items were dispatched 20 days after I ordered them."
