Today is June 15th, I STILL have not recieved my order. I called multiple times, pressed 1 to speak to someone, and sat on hold listening to their music for 15-30 mins each time, never spoke to ANYONE. I emailed about 10 times, and only got 2 back, simply saying sorry. No explanation, no resolution, nothing...worst customer service experience OF MY LIFE!!!"

"My latest order from gr.evitamins.com I made it was on 06/04/2015. I know it will need at least one more week to get it in Greece. I had made my first order on March 2015 and I received it in about 20 business days. According to tracking info and as customer service replied to me my order was in Greece from first week from date that was shipped. What made it delayed was the postman of ELTA, who probably forgot it somewhere in Nikaia office. I went at the post office with the tracking nr. and ask them about it. My second order I got in 2 weeks with no problems at all. Say it trusted brands in really good prices, say it easy to shop, however you name it, it is convenient when you search for lower prices in supplements and vitamins, specially when some same brands in Greece you find them double price, or you can't find some of those brands at all. At this time they are running a free shipping offer for Greece & I'm getting more often their newsletters in Greek; seems like they are trying to go one step further and approaching customers in their language, how cool is that! This made me get here and write actually, yeah and my rewards code! I hope they continue making discounts and promos dedicated for Greece, from time to time I check their social media too.

"I placed an order on evitamins.com on March 14, 2015. Seven days later I am told that one of the items, although listed as being in stock, was discontinued. That created an issue which was dealt with at a very slow pace (three additional days). Finally they were able to correct the issue and proceed with the order. A week later the order finally shipped out to me. Five days after that I receive my order. YaY! Or so I thought. I opened the box to find one of my items wasn't so carefully protected for the shipping process. I pull it from the box to feel oil on the bubble wrap and a pretty decent amount in the box. When I inspect the package, I see that the top to the bottle has been cracked. Not sure why it wasn't fully wrapped in the bubble wrap so the top could also be protected from possible damage. I sent an email and waited two days, no response. I then called the company and told them about the issue. I was told I had two options, one was to have the oil reshipped, the other was to receive a refund. Refund please. I couldn't image how many weeks I'd have to wait to receive the replacement and whether or not it too would be precariously packed for shipping. I have no further plans to deal with this company, I was completely dissatisfied."

"So far, not impressed. I ordered on January 30th 2015. The order status only went to "shipped" on February 5, 2015. The tracking number information says that they only received the electronic information, i.e. it hasn't physically even been given to the carrier yet. This is for ONE item that was "in stock"!
Worse, their website clearly states multiple times on their shipping page that orders to Canada will be shipped via USPS which would result in no brokerage fees. Now I see that the tracking number is with DHL, who will likely charge me an arm and a leg for the brokerage fees. Totally unacceptable. Will not use them again. Shame on you, evitamins.
Update: Customer service got back to me and said that it is first handed off to DHL and then given to USPS and then Canada Post. If this is correct, then I have no problem. As long as I do not have to pay customs brokerage fees!
Still, a one week delay to ship something that was supposed to be in stock is unacceptable. "
