"1- I ordered an external hard drive on April 28, 2004 and I received the drive the very next day ( I live in California approximately 50 miles radius close to ewaggle )
2- Customer service/tech support is excellent. Jeff, the CS/Ts guy, professionally and courteously guided me through the formatting process.
3- Price is the lowest among the internet.
All I can say is that I will definately recommend my friends and family members or anybody else to shop at ewaggle.
ps. One suggestion to ewaggle. I think you guys shouldn't have charged CA residents shipping and handling fee ( I know about half of the items that you sold were free shipping to CA residents )because we have to pay taxes."

"I ordered a 160 gig maxtor hard drive in a case set up for firewire.
Also a PCI firewire 3 port interface.
Both units installed easily and worked fine.
My only down side and this is not really a complaint, is that since I ordered this unit to use as a master backup for a small home network, I would like to have had included or been offered to purchase a good outboard drive backup program.
I ordered Drive Image 7 and that works fine with this unit.
Overall my experience with eWaggle is very positive.
