"I ordered about two hours ago and I just got a shipping confirmation telling me my order has been shipped. Can't beat that and no one else has never shipped this fast to me.

This is a follow to my last comment since 3-23.
eWaggle.com has a policy that states that they do not offer Tech Support,Thats OK. I am not asking them for tech support. All I asked them was for info to another tech Support site not related to them that can help solve the problem I am having with my external DVD Drive. The only answer they give me is, (As stated on our store policy, we do not offer tech support.)

"The folks at eWaggle have been on top of the game throughout the process. I had some problems with my first external hard drive... They talked this 'newbie' through the problem, over an hour, personable... and when it didn't work they immediately sent the RMA material and shipped a new functioning drive. We are up and running. Would do business with these folks again! Kudos!!!"
