"I found this company on eBay originally and noticed that they were a Power Seller and decided to check out their main website. They had the best deals and a good reputation (always a balance...the lower the price the WORSE the reputation usually...but not in THIS case!)

They had a 160 GB external Firewire/USB Combo drive on sale with free shipping. The price was great and I decided to take a chance. They really came through! I ordered the drive on a Thursday and it arrived on the following Monday via UPS. I plugged it in and after a little fiddling (see below) it worked like a charm.

Fiddling, you say? Yes, fiddling. Apparently it got shipped with a bad USB cable. I figured this out on my own and, fortunately, had a spare one so this was not a problem. HOWEVER: if I had not been a tech-head this probably would have been really frustrating. So if it comes from this company and it doesn't work CHECK THE CABLES. You might have to get a new one or use another one you've already got.

Also, support documentation is not as good as it could be. That isn't to say it's BAD, necessarily, just a little sparse. Get a FAQ going, guys!

So is this company any good? Yes. A good product at a good price with free shipping. Put in eBay terms: fast shipping, good communication, worked (almost) as promised, A+! They've reconfirmed my belief in smaller internet resellers and I look forward to doing business with these folks again!"
