"I enquired about a 120GB external firewire hard drive for my laptop and received prompt terse replies. I went ahead and ordered the system but for some reason it did not register with their system. I emailed them the next morning about not having received a confirmation. I got a call almost immediately at my office and the person was quite concerned as to why it happened. He took my order and it was shipped the next day evening. I was able to track the order and it was shipped free as advertised.

"I ordered a firewire drive that has never worked on my machine. While they were good enough to allow me to send it back to be repaired, it still never worked. I wound up having to canibalize the drive and use it as a standard hard drive.
Western Digital wouldn't even take the drive in for repair. According to their records, the IDE drive inside the firewire case was never intended to be used as a firewire drive and could not be waranteed due to the fact that the drive was initially sold in the Far East and could not be considered for warranty in the United States.
I do NOT recommend using eWaggle for any purchases whatsoever."
