"Had difficulty paying with Amex, declined 3 times, so had to use Mastercard. About 2 hours later Amex called saying a fraudulent charge had been made to our account and to contact the seller and have this payment reversed. The seller did not answer this query - bad communicators. We had to contact Amex 9 days later to find out if this charge had been reversed, which it had.
Our purchase was not shipped for several days but they did advise us when it was on its way together with a tracking number.
We were delighted with our purchases and they arrived intact.

We are located in Australia and we were surprised that there wasn't an international guarantee - fingers crossed that the watches last during the warranty period.
