"Just got a call from some female-sounding male person, supposedly from SuperBiiz, claiming they cannot ship to my address because it's not on file with the bank. I explained that, yeah, it's a small business card and I don't live at the business address nor I'll go there for a couple of weeks so please, ship it to my place, it's a standard method for me, done it gazillion times in the past few years, never had any problem.
He kept arguing that I should contact my bank, add the address etc - he clearly didn't have a clue about small business cards so I repeated it and emphasized it's not the bank who is not willing to ship it but his company. He pulled the usual "it's our policy" nonsense so I became somewhat annoyed and said "well, then it's clearly the moment to be a bit flexible and confirm my identity in a couple of other different ways then ship it to my place"... he kept repeating his dumb robotic BS about policies so I simply said then I will cancel my order and never buy anything from your useless piece of company.
He clearly became huffy and said "you can cancel your order if you want" - that was the last straw. "Yes, please, cancel my order now" I said and hung up.

It's one thing I have this "Excuuuse me, excuuuuse me, Sir, excuuuse meee"-type of overly feminine(-sounding) customer service guy on the phone, I could take that but 'his' total inflexibility, not being able to recognize the basic reason behind their policy - ie making sure it's a valid order by the real person behind the name - and thus unable to take any alternative path (even I suggested him few) really convinced me to not to buy a single thing here again.
