"I ordered an ASUS Crosshair IV motherboard from superbiiz. The shipping was fast but the motherboard was not well packed. When I opened the box the motherboard came in i quickly examined the contents. As I examined the motherboard, I noticed a slight dent on the xifi sound chip. The protective plastic that was on the chip was peeled back about half way and had rub marks and tears in it. After building my computer with this motherboard, I tested the sound card. All was okay so it wasn't worth an RMA. I ordered 2 items separately using the same coupon code. Little did I know that you can only use the coupon code once. So they cancelled my second order. I would have expected a little leniency here towards a new customer. Overall, I'm very upset with my purchase here on SuperBizz and will not order anything here again."
