"First time using superbiiz. I just built a new computer. They had a better price on the processor than my usual etailers. Their prices on the rest of the parts were not lower however. I read the reviews here on reseller ratings and decided to give them a try on the CPU.
Everything went perfect. Item arrived in good condition in a timely manner. I think it was 3 days - and that was with free shipping!! I will definitely be comparing their prices when making future purchases."

"I have ordered programs from Purplus for around 3 years now and they have always delivered. You get legit software activation codes at HUGE SAVINGS. Prices are substantially lower than buying direct from software company websites.
Only thing to note is the codes do not come instantaneously with purchase. I usually get the code emailed to me in a day or two, might have to wait 3 days if ordering on a weekend.
With one purchase the code didn't work. I emailed Purplus and they sent me a new code that worked perfectly. So they do respond to customer support issues in a timely manner."

"Some reviews were mixed but overall positive so, especially considering the low price, I gave them a chance. My order, two NB-6L for my new Canon D10 and 4 AA rechargeables for my other Canon, arrived in a timely manner. The first thing I noticed was the items came in plastic storage cases: two little plastic boxes for each NB-6L and a case for the 4 AA. A very nice touch that tells me this company cares about how their products are presented. It is also convenient having something to put the spare batteries in and reduce the likelihood of loosing or damaging them. I always seem to have one AA "jump" out of my camera case.
SUBJECTIVELY the two NB-6L's SEEMED to not last as long as the battery that came with the camera. I can not claim that the usage was the same - one battery was used entirely for video so it may take more power to do. However, for the price I wouldn't mind if they don't last quite as long.
I did have difficulty removing one of the NB-6L batteries from the camera. It took my girlfriends small fingers and fingernails to get it to come out. The factory battery and the other one I ordered pop right out like they are supposed to.

After several recharges and uses I can tell you these batteries don't hold a charge for long at all. That goes for both the NB-6L as well as the standard AA rechargeables I bought. The genuine Canon batteries Last for about a day while these last for 1-3 hours at best."

"This was my first order with this company. I found them through resellerratings.com. I have done a ton of business with Newegg for around 8 years so I felt confident about this retailer.
Unfortunately the product was defective (manufacturer, or possibly UPS issue). This is the first time I have ever had to return a product and I can now say this company handled it perfectly.
The return was simple: got RMA number and return address directly from the website so there was no waiting on hold for customer service. My credit card was refunded in about two weeks.
I re-ordered the same product, this time with Fed-ex Super Saver like I usually do - the way I always recommend (I used to work at UPS and watch packages drop 40 feet).
The product works wonderfully and I am very pleased :)"
