"I wasnt going to write a review of ewiz / superbiiz until I got an email from them telling me to write a review of them only if I enjoyed my experience with them.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with them. I purchase an expensive monitor for work and had to wait a week and a half for delivery. When I got the package I knew something was wrong because something was loose and moving around inside the box. What they did is just throw my monitor into a box with barely any packaging leaving 5 inch gaps on each side letting the monitor fly around inside the box during shipping. Needless to say the box was extremely beat up when I got it but luckily everything seems ok so far. I emailed them two separate times for assistance with my order and they have yet to reply.

Dont order from these people. Customer service is non existent. They treat your orders with no care and just toss it into a box with no packaging then take forever to ship it out. I will NEVER order from these people again."

SuperBiiz to the rescue! I ran across a post in a forum letting people know that SuperBiiz had some in stock, well before they were available anywhere else. I always order the mobo, cpu, and OS together, so Superbiiz got my business for the other two items as well.

Their prices are a few Dollars higher than the competition, but I was happy to pay it, as there was no knowing when that mobo might be available anywhere else.

Communication was good, as was packing. The only minor fault, is the time it took to get my order out the door. My order was placed on a Friday morning, (about 12:15 AM) but my order was not packed and shipped until the following Monday.

Over all, I'm very satisfied. I've added SuperBiiz to my short list of preferred vendors.
