"I purchased a Samsung HD103SJ 1TB Hard drive From Superbiiz on February 7, 2011. Besides their extra low price on this item, the primary reason that I bought from Superbizz is because I thought they would package the fragile Hard drives with more care. The problem is that they did a poor job of packaging it. The only put in one singe plastic air pillow for fill the empty space between the hard drive and the box that they put it in, and that air bag was totally deflated so that the hard drive would just bounce around inside the box. When I got home from a store, I opened the door to my home and the box fell out of the door and onto the steps. That was bad enough that it was exposed to that much impact on such an impact sensitive device as a hard drive, but it was also probably exposed to more that in the previous part of the shipping process. As a result I now am concerned that the life of this hard drive is shortened and that poor packaging on this item is the only reason that I have for downgrading Superbizz as a company."
