They shipped it UPS Ground, my driver, I think she is new, didn't leave the package at my door like she sometimes does and didn't leave it at the apartment management office like they normally do. Instead, I get an info notice left at my door at 5:30 pm on a Friday. I go online to hold it for pickup, system will only allow me to return to sender. I call UPS and they tell me they can't hold it at the facility per shipper instructions. Never had this problem before and have ordered stuff from this company before. Well, UPS called me the following monday and said they would either leave it at my door or at my apt office building that closes at 6. They dropped it off at my apartment office building at 5:58pm without even knocking on my door. Another day, no cpu. yaaay!

I will never, repeat, never, do business with this company again so long as they maintain this inane policy of not allowing their UPS packages to be held at the depot for pickup. Never seen this happen ever before."

WTF? Tried to call them, after 20 minutes on hold,no answer, I cancelled online, went to newegg instead. Paid a little more but the package was here in 3 days instead of another 8.
