Asked a simple question about shipping (the price quoted on their site was absolutely out of this world and did not line up at all when you check what the service they are offering actually costs, they were tacking on another $25 to the shipping costs). They said they would get back to me but when pressed kept passing the buck. I ended up going with another vendor. Maybe they just don't care about international orders, I don't know, but I've never seen the like.
