"This transaction was made because superbiiz was unable to process an order with my usual credit card. I spoke to customer service MULTIPLE times only to have them constantly tell me to call my bank because the transaction was not going through. My bank informed me that the superbiiz transaction did not exist, or ever even hit my account. My bank's ATM department confirmed that the transaction was NEVER processed because they did not even see an attempted transaction with superbiiz. Superbiiz customer service did not understand the situation, and still kept telling me to call my bank, afterI already spoke to both parties multiple times. My bank assured me that superbiiz's systems were not working properly because that is the only reason why the transaction would not reach my bank account. So, I gave up trying to use my card and ended up having to use someone else's card and then give them the money for it. Superbiiz caused me a HUGE headache over this, especially with uneducated and ill-informed customer service representatives, who are also impossible to understand because they BARELY speak english! Superbiiz might have some of the best prices, but their customer service is greatly lacking. BEWARE!"

"I've used SuperBiiz 4 times so far, and every time I come away more impressed. Processing time is always fast, they get it out to the shipper very quickly even with free shipping. Their packaging is amazing, their boxes are literally stuffed to the gills with packaging material (no item in an mostly empty box stuff here). Customer service is also very nice when I've had to contact them. And of course their prices are excellent.

"Update: They did offer an alternative as there seems to be a supply issue with the generic memory, but it has been some time and I'm in the Bay Area as well..
If you return something, which was sold to you as defective, a simple stick of memory mind you, you'll have to wait for all kinds of reasons. First to determine if it meets their conditions. Hmm, it's a generic stick of memory, I put it in an anti-static bag when THEY DIDN'T. Then it's a standard 4-8 business days, THEN I find out they are actually out of stock and need to get it, and I might add IF they get it - but they're not going to think about whether the customer needs it in a timely manner.
So I ask for my email to be addressed to a supervisor, GET THIS: They asked if I want a signature of a supervisor faxed to me. WHAT FOR?? Tax purposes!?! Apparently they just don't get that I am an UNHAPPY CUSTOMER that wants to talk to SOMEONE IN CHARGE - AMAZING! I tried to spell out that I would expect to see some kind of supervisor in the response, but apparently that is too much to ask and they just don't bother.
We'll see if they do in fact actively participate here. My bet is they would have kept me waiting indefinitely because their supplier may not even have any more of the generic memory, rather than offering a substitute or an exchange. Because you know, the return needs to meet THEIR guidelines, never mind that THEY sold YOU the DEFECTIVE merchandise in the first place, YOU are the one that has to play along even though you are the one PAYING.
I've ignored warnings like this over a good deal, and when this happens I know I should have listened to people with those experiences. Don't let the low prices and the high ratings here fool you. Never again.

Well thank you for responding quickly, I do acknowledge the effort. There may have been an option for a refund when the RMA form was sent to me, but the fact that there may be an issue getting a replacement was not explained to me at that time. In any case if it takes much longer I may go that route, but I hope I am not expected to pay a restocking fee or something because you guys can't get it."
