"How good is it to have someone on your side? Try this on for size... I bought a computer case from Superbiiz (they had the best price). 6 months later a fan in the case went bad, I completed an RMA and superbiiz was on the case. The company did a great job keeping me informed as they worked with the manufacturer to get my fan replaced. A special shout out to Wendy who, when I received the wrong fan quickly went to work for me as the customer to get it fixed. "I found this group via a search using pricewatch.com. I live in Florida and they are in California. I ordered a motherboard very early (for me) one day, and then went back on line looking for the other parts to build a server...and ran into them again as the lowest cost provider.
I called them first thing in the morning (for them) to add to my order, and a most helpful salesperson took great pains to accommodate my changes and to see the order through every step of the way, until it's shipment the same day.
She even corrected a misconception about the type of RAM I thought I needed and got me the right parts instead.
Great bunch of people to do business with. I am already putting together my next order from them"

I could have got them cheaper if I knew about their deals a few days before my purchase date but still I got a great deal on such amazing hard drives. Shipping was quick and on time, and packaging was great cos it wast just a bubble wrapped hd in a brown box but they come in roomy fairly hard plastic individual containers wrapped in a professionally cut foam wrapping in a brown box!

I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY!!! Called Customer service and first they blamed UPS for requiring this! Second call the customer service rep finally did her job and contacted their shipping department and verified that it was being done by them due to packages not making it to their intended recipiants in these two states!!!
All of this to just receive an item that I paid $49 for! Really!

Hi Michael,
Yeah I apologize about that. My manager and I thought it was UPS that required that but when we talked to the warehouse we found out that we had requested it because there was a lot of stolen packages reported in Florida. The warehouse explained to us that there was a large number of people in the New Jersey and Florida area who said they never received the package. We however had proof that we sent it out of the warehouse and they were blaming us for theft so we require our New Jersey and Florida customers to sign it so we can insure that our customers receive it.
If you would like, you can ask us to see if we can hold you package at your local UPS office if you don’t want to sign for it for your next purchase. Please understand however we implemented this policy to make sure our customers receive their packages and not just to cause an inconvenience to our customers.
