Could be much better: I received a hard drive which was thrown into a box with NO padding whatsoever. Fortunately, UPS was gentle this time, but I was shocked that there was NO air bag, NO styrofoam, NO crumpled paper, NO NOTHING. Does the shipping department know that a hard drive is fragile?"
