"I'm not sure what to say about my experience. I got the hard drive I ordered (Samsung HD204UI 2TB) but the box was badly damaged. I'll put a couple of links to pictures I took of it below.

The drive worked but I'm worried about how long it will work. They should pack the hard drives much better than that. So I suppose my rating would be, they failed because of their packing.

This is in response to the SuperBiiz comments about my review. I thank you for your offer to help me with the shipping company and the assurance the box was undamaged when it left your company. But if you read my review again you'll see my negative comment was about Your Packing.
If you look at the picture after the box was opened you should notice the packing was very poor allowing the hard drive to rattle around inside the box. The packing was definitely not sufficient to protect a hard drive from the normal shock given to them during shipment, not even addressing the terrible shipment stress my box got.
So my comment stands, please improve your packing and fill the box so a 2 Terabyte hard drive does not rattle around inside the box. If the hard drive had been packed properly the damage during the shipment to the box would have only pressed against the packing and not banged the hard drive around inside the box.
I see complaints about packing all the time in reviews and companies continue to not put enough packing in the box to protect the item during shipment. If it takes adding another 10 cents to the price for extra packing material then do it.
NOTE: Even if the hard drive had arrived without damage to the box the packing would have been insufficient because the hard drive would have banged around inside the box during shipment. Please check with any hard drive manufacturer if you question my comments about packing material. It is Your responsibility to pack items with sufficient packing material to protect them during shipment."

However on this product their description should have been clearer because I thought I would download the program using the product key they sent, but I had to be building a computer in order to use the product key. So I had to call Microsfot and spend a lot of time where they helped me and downloaded the software for me with a different product key, which really made me impressed with Micorosoft (believe it or not!) because otherwise I would have been S.O.L., due to Superbiiz's non-return policy. I called Superbiiz before I opened the software because I was concerned if it was the right product and they said, well, try it because it's not returnable anyway. So I think the product description needs to be clearer."
