"Ordered 2 hard drives. They arrived LOOSE, rattling around, in a box far too big for them. It looks like they had tried to keep the drives from moving in the box with some pieces of cardboard, but the cardboard had come apart, the drives had come out of their plastic cases, and were just rattling around freely. It was not a problem with UPS, the box itself was in perfect condition - it was a problem with the shipping department at eWiz. I don't think I've ever been more shocked/dissatisfied with a purchase in my life."
