"They offer competitive pricing on certain electronic items but they don't allow will-call option for the customer to go pick up the package from UPS for packages requiring a signature on delivery. And they are a pain to deal with when trying to get the delivery options change. I had to call customer service to have the will-call option turned on and they wanted to charge me extra when I wanted to change the delivery address to my work place so someone can sign for the package.

Their explaination for not turning on the will-call option for their customers is that they don't trust a third party (UPS) to hold their packages. But yet, they trust the third party (UPS) to handle and deliver their packages for them. This logic just doesn't make sense. In my opinion, the will-call option is more secure than the deliver-to-address option because UPS checks your ID and require your signature when the package is held for will-call. There is a greater chance for the package to be mis-handled or delivered to the wrong address and no ID is required.

The signature policy is also inconsistent. I ordered two items both from ewiiz and one of them was simply left on my front door without any signature requirements and the other one they required a signature and didn't have the UPS will-call delivery option available until I called customer service.

These guys setup the UPS will-call for me yesterday and when I went to UPS to pick up the package, UPS told me that they called in and cancelled the will-call request that they had setup for me. These are a bunch of sleezy and dirty people. I can't believe that I am doing business with these people who have no sense of ethics. They play this dirty trick on me because I had an argument with their shipping department and after I wrote the negative review of them. I wouldn't want to do business with such unethical people who have sub-par customer service. As some reviewers had written, these people care more about their own pride than their customers. Their pricing is a little cheaper than other retailers but the trouble and poor customer service is just not worth the savings. I would rather shop with other vendors who have top rated customer service. Even if they didn't do this on purpose it shows that their shipping department clearly lacks coordination and organization. Don't believe all the hype and positive reviews. I thought ewiiz was good too until I was proven wrong from this experience."

"Worst company ever! Keep away. Bought a power supply, which turned out to be bad. Returned via UPS and requested a full refund. What I get is "Power supply is good sir". Stupid jerks. Lost my powersupply cost+return shipping cost. Please keep away from these rip offs."

"The only thing that keeps this from being a "5 Check" (or perfect 10) review is the huge amount of "fine print" on the ewiz/superbiiz shipping information page. A $2.50 "signature fee" on all PayPal orders? Ridiculous. A phone call to "verify" any order to be shipped faster than UPS Ground? Stupid.

OTOH, I did order a 128GB SSD, and specified their FREE UPS Ground shipping. I received (or made) no phone calls, and paid no "signature fee" or anything other than the exact advertised price of the SSD. Miraculously, they shipped within 3 HOURS of receiving my order, and the UPS Ground shipment arrived on Monday, August 23! That's just FOUR DAYS with a weekend in the middle, to boot. Amazing. Further, the price was the best I could find for this (or any other) 128GB SSD.

Will I send more business to this merchant? Absolutely. But unless their "fine print" gets changed, I'll use a credit card and specify UPS Ground. 8-)"

"Horrible company!

I ordered a card and some cables to go with it...when they shipped the card, it was missing a part, so I had to wait nearly a month before they sent the missing piece.

Now I understand that mistakes happen, and that's no big deal.

But what makes me angry is, after I waited a month for this part to come, when I finally installed the card I realized I'd ordered the wrong cables. The cables were unopened.

But ewiz wouldn't let me return them because it was a few days past the 30 days.

They care more about their "policy" then helping customers... even when they mess up!
