Will also not tell you how to verify a second address with the bank, so when you're trying to get your order shipped before the weekend, but the bank has no idea what SuperBiiz wants you to do, and SuperBiiz themself won't help you, you get the shaft. I personally had a second order ready to go, but needed to ship to another address. Tech support called and presented me with the above situation, and when I called them back in exasperation, an answering machine told me they did not offer tech support. Luckily, they hadn't gotten around to processing my order yet, and I quickly canceled it. Will not purchase from them again."
