Rocky was apologetic about the issue I had and explained that the CS Reps sometimes do not have the ability to correct orders if a certain amount of time has passed. "I had a few issues that I had a hard time getting taken care of at first, due to a lack of willingness to cooperate (from normal customer service reps), however, upon placing my original review, I was promptly contacted by one of the managers/supervisors, and he was way more than willing to hear it directly from me and get things taken care of. He even took the liberty of reprocessing my order and applied the new prices of the items I had ordered, so as to reflect a price adjustment, once I'd mentioned it to him that the price had dropped whilst the order was still in their possession.

I'm very satisfied with the way this gentleman handled everything for me. He was kind, prompt and very insistent on ensuring that my experience was not to be a long-lasting bad one. That's the kind of service I've come to expect, having been in retail and sales for as long as I have. Some people there screwed up, but he was more than willing to have it fixed for me asap.

A little note: if your order is taking too long, call IMMEDIATELY to ensure that things are going smoothly, and also, their 866 # doesn't work after 5pm PST (California's time zone for where they are located), so you'll likely have to call the 408#, which is going 2 b long distance more than likely. I think I may now have a reason to shop with them once more, considering how this was finally handled, maybe I'll get THAT kind of service right off the bat next time.

"Terrible customer service.

I ordered a television receiver (ENCORE ENXTV-X2 External TV Tuner Pro). It was advertised to accept over air signal in the U.S. and play it on my LCD monitor. It does not work as advertised since it's an analog tuner and all over air signals in the U.S. are transmitted digitally.

I would understand if this were an oversight on the part of Superbiiz. But I've followed the return procedure outlined on the website, and have basically been ignored for two months.

As far as I'm concerned, Superbiiz stole my money via false advertising and now won't respond to me.

Don't buy from this seller.

"UPDATE AS OF 3/2/10:
Rocky from ewiz contacted me a few days ago to try and resolve my recent issues. He was polite, professional, and MUCH more willing to come to a reasonable solution than any other associate from this company. He apologized for the trouble and was able to resolve all my issues. It was agreed upon at the end of the call that once all my issues are resolved, I would agree to remove all the negative feedback. I finished removing the negative feedback about them today because the proper credits were in fact posted back to my credit card account.

My order number is E519155 and the date of the order was on 2/18/10. My shippment FINALLY arrived on 2/26/10.
The least that they could do is give me my money back for NOT RUSHING my merchandise, however their customer service REFUSED to do it.
PLEASE stop them from getting away with such sneaky manipulative ways of making extra money on their orders when they have NO INTENT on rushing anything!
THANK YOU in advance for helping not only me, but also all the future consumers who will be SCAMMED extra money for NOTHING.

"Purchased from Ewiz instead of Amazon because of a savings of about $9.00 which included Bing cashback.Hard drive sent to me was bad out of the box. I had to pay $10.49 UPS return shipping out of my pocket(for a bad hard drive), which has now negated any savings. Hard drive was received by Ewiz 0n 1/15/2010 replacement drive sent out on 2/15/2010, a full month later which is unacceptable to me. The small savings are not worth the limited and restrictive return policy and 1 month to get a replacement? I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I was mistaken about time for product to be sent back out to me. Ewizs' ship times in reply are correct but I stand by the original negative review for having to pay return shipping on a defective item.
