On a couple of previous orders, I was VERY pleased when they actually CALLED to tell me they were out of stock of something and asked me what I'd like to do. Then they followed up by email for verification. Thorough.
I'll be ordering from them again. My only complaint (if I HAD to find one) is that their security certificate generates a warning since it is for eWiz. Since I happen to know that SuperBiiz and eWiz are two separate DBA's for the same entity, I choose to either 1) ignore it and continue through or 2) just enter through the eWiz storefront (your choice). Not that big a deal to me. I know those certificates must be expensive.

"I tried to order 2 hard drives that were listed in stock on their website. A day later, I went back to look at the product on their website to discover that it had been removed. After emailing their customer service department, I received a prompt response that said that the hard drives were out of stock and that they would cancel my order per my request. How long were they going to wait to tell me the items were out of stock? In this day and age, if you can't keep track of inventory, you shouldn't be an internet retailer of technology products. Stop wasting my time by trying to get me to buy products that you don't have in stock. 5/5 for quick email response. 1/5 for poor business practices: 2/5 overall. "
"Everything went great. I ordered a GTX 260 altogether it cost me 191$ shipped. It wasn't as cheap as Newegg's price, but it was out of stock there. Anyway, I ordered it and it shipped out the same day UPS ground. It took about a week to show up, but it was well packed and everything worked great.

It was navigable though, and I was really impressed by the speedy order confirmation and shipping. They gave me very conservative estimates for shipping time, but the box was on my front step in 2 business days, and that was just with standard ground shipping. "I ordered a netbook for my father. Before we ordered it, my husband and I looked over the item online to make sure it was returnable. Since we did not see anything in their online return policy or on the actual invoice stating it was non-refundable, we proceeded with the order. When my father got it, he was unable to see the moniter so we proceeded to ask for a refund and return the netbook. We were then told that all netbooks are nonrefundable. I think that this should be in big bold letters on your website and in your return policy. We did not see it and now are stuck with a computer we don't want. I will never order from them again. The customer service was no help. NEVER AGAIN!
***thanks for your concern superbiiz but I would seriously consider putting the netbook return policy on your return policy page and definitely on your invoices so that people can really see without question that it's nonrefundable. My husband and I remember looking for this information and we both could not see/find it. "
