"This company is very unprofessional. I purchased a Digital Photo Frame on 11/28 from them and received an email confirmation of my order after I paid. Thinking I would see tracking information, I logged in yesterday to check the status of this order only to find that it had been cancelled. Not only have I NOT received a refund yet, they also NEVER contacted to let me know of the cancellation. This company needs to learn that customers will not be happy with the excuse that "we ran out." This is very poor business practice. I will not be shopping here again, and I will be informing my friends and family to stay away as well!"

"Ordered digital frame. eWiz cancelled it a couple of days later without warning (I only discovered it when I went to their site to track it). Because of this, I was not able to get any other good deals on digital frames during Black Friday since I didn't find out until two days after Cyber Monday. I won't make the mistake to order from them again for anything timely."

"Placed an order for a digital frame on 11/28/09. Pay by paypal was accepted. Receiced an email of invoice the same day. Tonight (12/03/09) received a paypal refund email. Checked and found out the order was cancelled today. Receive no cancellation email from Ewiz/SuperBiiz. I will not do any business with this merchant again. "

"I was contacted by eWiz and they offered $5 off on my next order. While I acknowledge that they did make an effort to make up for their inability to fill the order the nominal sum they offered in no way offsets the savings that was originally available. I would still hesitate to order from them again if it was an item that I really needed.
I ordered the iMicro DPF-IM80B 8 inch Digital Photo Frame (Black), part number DPF-IM80B for $26.99 on Black Friday. The status shows
"order processing" the same day. Vendor cancelled the order on 11/30. No notice, no explanation.
I had planned on giving this to my daughter for Christmas since she had just finished her 2nd tour in Iraq and I was planning on putting all of the pictures she had taken there on it. Now I'll have to find another one for her. They should have offered a substitute if they ran out, and they definitely should have had the decency to send an e-mail notifying me that they had cancelled my order. I'm just glad I checked on the status of it so I still have time to go find another one for her.
I definitely won't bother doing business with this seller again.

"Absolutely disgraceful.

I ordered a very hard-to-get item on 27th Nov at around MSRP (which was pretty surprising as the store is now heavily gouging prices).

After several days of the order remaining in the "processing" stage, I emailed support to find out when I should expect my item.
It was only then that I was told that the order would not be processed as I was "flagged" due to a previous dispute (whereby the store would not apply a discount coupon, although they finally relented).
Whilst being "flagged" over something so petty is pretty disgusting in itself, the fact that I was never told that my order would not go through is even worse.

This is the level of professionalism to expect from this store, which feels as though it's run more like one of those shady NYC bait and switch outfits than a reputable online store selling cutting edge computer parts.

Avoid avoid avoid.

"An online merchant WITHOUT honor

Placed order for a digital frame on 11/28/09 and paypal a/c was charged and invoice was issued on the same day. Then there is a surprise cancellation on 12/1/09. Ewiz/SuperBiiz did not provide any reason for the cancellation. the best part is: I wouldn't even know It was cancelled Had I not just checked my order status on Ewiz website! I don't know how this merchangt got a 8+ rating but my experience is telling me this is a questionable or even dishonest practice. I will not do business with this merchant again.

***UPDATE***
After emailing SuperBiiz asking the reason for cancelling my order, I got a quick reply saying they only have about 100 pieces in stock but overwhelmed with 3000+ orders for that item. I ordered it as a gift for family and have been expecting delivery ever since. The reason might be legitimate but why they did not send a "sorry" email informing customer of the situation immediately? as a basic courtesy? Why does a customer have to ask to get the story?

"This was the worst experiance i have had. I placed orders with Superbiiz, Tiger Direct, Ebay, Newegg, and quietpcusa.com. on the same day. Everyone has shipped my orders except for superbiiz. I sent an email to ask when they would be shipping my order. I received an email back stating they had tried to run the card and the address did not match. I had used the card to buy several other orders online and had no trouble. I also called my bank to verify the address whice was correct. I called superbiiz back and told them to just cancel my order. If they could not do a simple task and run my credit card I do not believe they could get the shipping right."

"I had ordered a digital frame during thanksgiving like thousands of others. Apparently, the order got cancelled as they said it was out of stock AFTER 4 DAYS of placing the order. By that time, I had turned down on other compelling offers for digital photo frames since I had already placed an order on SuperBiiz.com
Now, I have been left with ordering another digital frame with much more cost for the same product type. I had called the customer service, and to be frank, it was the worst of its kind. I would like to warn other customers about this website. You may never know when and why they might cancel your order.
DO not buy anything from this website ever!!!
