I had to RMA a power supply on my order, because I ordered the wrong one. Never used it. YES, I paid return shipping and restocking. They promptly processed it 4 days after I shipped it. That's fair & excellent service.

Despite what their RMA email said about "don't reply," I guarantee somebody would reply because it said "please let us know if your have further questions or comments" and the return email addy is ****@****. You could always hit 'em up at ****@****, and you know someone will answer because they think you wanna buy something. C'mon man, grow a pair, and stop whining!

Here's a general rule: If an item makes it to your home undamaged, and for WTF ever reason you don't want it, expect to pay restocking. It's that simple.
