"Became new customer of eWiz as of 4-8-2009 and created a/c with them same day. Today 4-10-2009, unable to log in with ewiz. I used their 'forgot password' service. They email the info(e-mail address with password). I copy and paste from email received. It still did not work. This is freaking me out. Online shopping was full of potential perils - parted with your money first and then hold breath for next 8-10 days before you received the product.Hoping the seller was honest and send you the product you paid.

I bought Intel CPU Q6700 from ewiz through pricewatch on 4-8-09 and after reviewing the rating on this website. Rating was generally good. So I took the leap of faith. I received only 1 email so far from ewiz regarding order being shipped and they did provide a tracking number. Now I holding my breath. Many thoughts went thru my mind: would ewiz sent me Q6600 when I paid for Q6700 or they sent a used Q6700 which was yanked from a computer and there might be residual thermal paste on it. I literally biting my fingers here.

Ewiz responded to my e-mail and reset my password. All was as it should be. I was informed they were in the middle of upgrading their system and my prior password has symbols their system could not handle.

I received the package (CPU) today and it seemed new. Didn't have time to test it yet. Hopefully over wkends. Packing was excellent. Tamper-proof plastic 'belt' around the package was a nice touch. The only qualm was the CPU was sitting on top of the bubble wrapping when I opened the box. Shouldn't CPU be INSIDE the bubble wrap to prevent damage in transit? I received phone call from ewiz at my home regarding this low rating. I could appreciate a company concerned with customer's opinion. Resellerratings.com, you gave us online shoppers a voice - thank you. Ewiz did make right my login account, responded promptly to my e-mail and concerned about their rating here. So I giving ewiz 2 thumbs UP and changed rating to very favorable.

Word of caution: please don't rest on your perceived laurel. "
