Ya right, I purchased a video card in January, 1 day later the price dropped, I email and asked for a refund of the difference, no reply at all. Calling is hopeless because your always stuck on hold.
Also after I originally ordered the card (tried to have it shipped to my office) they sent me an email telling me my CC did not have that address on file, which is total BS because I have items shipped to my office all the time using the same CC and I've talked to Amex multiple times and my office is listed as a secondary address. I also had ordered from Ewiz before and they also shipped to my office, not sure what made this any different."
