The downside from ordering from this site was the shipping, the shipping prices seemed extremely high for even the lowest priced method, and it took over a week to arrive. It came via UPS and usually when I order from UPS the prices are not this high and only take a couple days.

"One of the pair of speakers was broken inside and rattled around. The shipping carton was just fine. I called for RMA but was told I'd have to return the speakers at MY expense! They also do not offer the option of store credit. Although I have purchased over $275 worth of items from them in the last year, I will have to have a VERY good reason to shop with eWiz.com again.
