"My order shipped quickly, was well packed (which was good considering how badly UPS beat up the box), everything I ordered was as expected, and the prices were extremely low for what I bought (cables and other small items). The shipping charge was a bit high, I assume it's partly "hidden cost" of the items, but even factoring that in, the item costs were still very low."

Two heatsink/fans were each put into small individual boxes that were too small to close completely, obviously not the original manufacturers' packaging. These two small, incompletely closed boxes were then packed into one [unnecessarily] large box with only one 'packing bubble' for padding. This bubble had popped at some point so that when I received the package the heatsink/fans were rattling around loose in the padding-free box. Good thing the heatsink/fans are rugged items as they still work, so I am not sending anything back.
Bottom line: good price on a good product, bad choice of carrier, poor packaging."
