"ewiz is the worst store I've ever used.
They first refuse to replace a defective case saying I was late and it took them 2 weeks before they replied me. They decided to refund me after I filed a dispute with my CC and asked me to pay 15% restocking fee + $50-60 in return shipping.
Today, they emailed me they will close my account to conceal this whole situation.
This is the last time I ever bought something from ewiz. I am disgusted with their customer service.
I am done playing their games.
I've had enough of it.

The guy I spoke to told me that if I ordered that that (Monday), that they would ship on Tuesday and I should receive it my Thursday. I had already read a review that someone from Tennessee wrote saying that they had had problems getting their product.
