It was the cheapest place to get the processor, and there weren't many other options. Calling the support number took almost no time at all, and while not immediate, there was little automated messaging. The woman I spoke to was more than just a little helpful and had my package ready to be shipped within about 15 minutes. The moral is, don't order anything unless you have all your information up to date, it creates unnecessary problems and nobody wants that."
