"Anyone that shops here do yourself a favor and don't. This company does not honor the refunds. We sent a GPU back they stated the S/N sticker was not on it it was. We had the card for 3 days and called for a RMA, they were nice about it. But once they got the card rejected the refund.
There is nothing you can do and they don't care, better places to shop then with them.

"I ordered some graphics cards and it seemed like they had a site error not saying that it was one per customer. They called me notifying me of the error, and I told them that the site didn't say that when I ordered it. They upheld what the site said and made a return customer out of me.

Sometimes customer service isn't about getting it right the first time, but about how you handle it when you didn't, and they are a great example of how it should be done. I plan on buying a lot more from here.

"I found what I was looking for ok, and the order was processed easily. I am impressed by the security consciousness here.
The order arrived very quickly and while one corner of the shipping box was bashed in the contents seemed to be unharmed. As they are a Christmas present they are now sitting under the tree untested.

"First time dealing with this company, it because a total disaster for not only me, but for some people hoping to 280x toxic card from them. However, because of supply and demand of the card so many orders came in all due to litecoin mining. This develop a quick shortage for them and every other reseller of the cards. I know the situation of supply and demand, but it would have been easy to just limit the order per person to begin with. I for one attempted to order one for my personal use, but realizing my order soon became a backorder. Understanding that, I was willing to wait until my queue in line came up no matter how long it would take me to wait. However, after 2 weeks with no update to the situation, I decided to email just to ask for a update because I haven't heard any thing for 2 weeks. The email I received back was a cancellation of my order and $15 dollar discount that expired the 24th of December. I appreciate the discount, but I was willing to wait until my queue in line for the card. With that cancellation and the discount for a preferably card I want, I thought about going to order it again. However, the site raised the price up and still offer it for purchase even though understanding their dilemma in the first place. So the discount is practically worthless and suggesting a 770 card is just spit on the face because those prices are just as high than when I purchase the toxic. Also for the reviews I read the toxic is the fastest 280x card in which preforms in par with a 780, which in my opinion is a large difference and includes the same memory bus and vram as a 280x. That being said, Superbiiz has become a must stay away for me and would suggest other customers too do the same. I hate bashing a company because of first time experience, but wow just wow. At least give a weekly update on people's purchases when its on backorder. This will comfort any customer and tell them that you care about your customers. Instead of just cancelling their order. In addition, You guys value business versus the consumer and your site operates in the same manner. "

"Man i spent $2100 on Black Friday and thought i secured my purchase with an invoice in my inbox i was confident my purchase was fine.. Little did i know these guys would email me 6-7 days later saying they were out of stock!!

They are gaming google shopping by pricing lowest and then robbing people of the opportunity to buy elsewhere !! I called them and they said they have inventory control ... ( I said REALLY, why are we having this conversation then!! ) All i heard was " i dont know what to say"

Unfortunately that doesnt help the loss of items i thought i had secured only to find out a week later when they are not available that they were out of stock!

Dont sell what you dont have! Dont take personal information when we are not exchanging tender for product! Superbiiz i had a terrible experience and you have ruined the holidays!

Dont support these people.
