"This company asked for sensitive and personal information, without processing the transaction. The order was cancelled by this company because I would not provide a copy of my drivers license, a bank statement and both front and back side of credit card.

They advertise good prices and the reviews are interesting at best. But, the order was calcelled not because of "valid" information and authorization. They never submitted the credit card for authorization and they never attempted to process the order. I submitted my credit card with the same billing and shipping information as they require on their website. I order online from many companies and it is standard to have billing and shipping "match". However, this company, without even processing the credit card asked for information that is "suspicious" in nature and may lead to identity theft. They never imply on the website during the transaction process that the order will be denied, unless, the shipping address is different than the billing address.
My billing and shipping address are the exact same as the bank information. Again, they did not submit the credit card and the order was cancelled because I would not provide a photo copy of my personal information.

They advertise the best prices for Xeon CPU so I purchased (2) with Heat Sink and paid for 2nd day shipping as an extra charge.

At the end of the day my order was cancelled, therefore, too late to order from someone else. Very frustrating!

Never again - Providing personal information and photocopies to a company I do not know is a risk, for the company to not even process the order and receive "confirmation" is not acceptable.

I will order from a competitor so we can count on the order process and receipt of merchandise in a timely manner.
