video card received in 6 days (4 business days), so superbiiz must have mailed it in a timely fashion (see more below about ups). well packed with no visible damage to shipping box or product box. installed it same day and works great.

ups tracking was the only problem with this order and no fault of superbiiz. ups reports "order processed: ready for ups" on 6/6 and no further updates until 6/11 when it was delivered and ups.com merely reports "delivered". i was concerned that superbiiz never gave the package to ups because ups never reported such, but as i received it, they obviously did. ups package tracking has never failed me before, so weird."
