"I've been doing more and more business with SuperBiiz lately for the sole reason that their shipping rates are very reasonable and their packaging is second to none. I've received orders from a certain egg retailer that used to ship via FedEx Express Saver for free but now charges you for standard UPS Ground and their packaging practices are abysmal; weak cardboard box, your order on the floor of the box, fill the rest up with brown paper, seal with a single strip of cheap clear tape. Routinely my orders arrive at the door beaten, battered, and the tape has snapped loose in several places.
This is why I'm preferring SuperBiiz more and more... They believe in overkill on packaging! My typical order from SuperBiiz is jam-packed with air packs and my order riding in the *center* of the box. It also seems that no matter what the order, they use a good, sturdy grade cardboard box that's wrapped with two, thick plastic shipping straps. Keep up the awesome shipping policy guys and I'll keep doing business with you! Wish I could give SIX stars on shipping!"

"Service was excellent until I attempted to initiate an RMA ticket. Although the policy states a 30 day return policy and 15% restocking fee, I was still willing to try them out. Big mistake. Not only were they unwilling to honor their 30 day return policy, they REFUSED to accept ANY return due to the item having been opened for testing. When it was found that the device was incompatible with my current hardware configuration, I received this email:

The RMA department has not authorized your return for refund request. Only
unopened packages and defective items sent back within thirty (30) days from
your invoice date may be returned for a refund. After thirty (30) days, you
may request for a repair/replacement RMA for defective items under warranty.
A "repair/replacement RMA" is a service that we extend to valued customers
who cannot qualify for DOA status. We do everything we can to convince the
vendor to issue the customer a repair or replacement of the same item. This
may be because the item is physically damaged, opened, non-refundable, not
defective, missing accessories, or past thirty (30) days from the Invoice
date. The processing time varies between vendors (some vendors process RMAs
faster than others). In all cases, SuperBiiz uses our leverage as a
preferred buyer to expedite and pay for all shipping costs to and from the
vendor as well as to the customer. This saves the customer money and the
hassle of doing things themselves and paying for the high shipping costs
associated with such a process.
