Occasional because they're on the other side of the continent and I'm normally much too cheap to pay for anything other than ground transportation, so suppliers with warehouses in, say, NJ from which things typically arrive overnight at ground rates have a huge advantage. Anyway, they have managed to survive in a highly competitive environment by offering very good deals on items that are slightly off the yolk-soaked path, which in this case were Arctic Cooling fans that no one else seemed to carry. As usual, they shipped them promptly and packed them somewhat better than necessary. I've never had anything but a positive experience with SuperBiiz."
