"My first order was a brand name 2TB internal hard drive that was DOA. Superbiiz.com isued an RMA to return it but didnt pay for the return shipping. They now have had it for more than 10 days while they are "reviewing/testing" it to see if it really is DOA.
While reading this thread I noticed a post by them on 10/5/11 in response to another DOA complaint that said
"So sorry you didnt know we offered return shipping labels".
NO ONE knows they offer return shipping labels because they dont mention it in emails or anywhere on their website.
But they do offer a 15% restocking fee on DOA returns on their website. Yes you read that right ... apparently they RESTOCK DOA returns, and charge for it.
Stay far far away from this place .... unless you like to be abused.
Who is writing all these glowing reviews for them on this site? Them?
Edit: Well after having my defective hard drive 15 days SuperBiiz claims to have issued a refund however, my credit card company has no record of it. Additionally they now claim that they wont reimburse me for the return shipping charges beacuse it wasnt defective and they "did me a favor by issuing the nonexistant refund.
A moron could tell it was defective by just smelling tthe board which started to burn when connected. There are only 2 cable to Sata hard drive which can only be connected 1 way. And the power supply is fine because two other drives work fine.
LIKE I SAID BEFORE, IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF, BUY FROM THESE COMPANIES. THATS WHY THIER PRICES ARE SO LOW.

"Sold me a used motherboard as new. When it arrived damaged, refused exchange and directed me to the manufacturer's RMA site. While Superbiiz contends that it was a new product and the board must have been in that condition when it was shipped from the manufacturer, the proper action as a retailer is to exchange the product and handle the issue with the manufacturer directly. Will not purchase from again.
Edit for response: You must have me confused with another individual. I've never complained of thermal paste on the board, but rather a sticky residue on the back of the PCB as if it was mounted with double-sided tape. While I am glad you ship thousands of motherboards, I have been installing them for twenty years and I am not alone in this experience of receiving a used/defective motherboard from your establishment:

Additionally, I have never had you attempt to contact me. Some time ago I received an email indicating as a 'good will' gesture, superbiiz would send my motherboard into the manufacturer for me, but made no guarantee and would most likely be slower than if I sent it myself. Certainly tempting... I consider the matter closed at this point. I no longer wish to do business with superbiiz and will send my business to its competitors.
