[My old card was going out.] After I ordered, I recieved an invoice and a shipping / tracking number. Approximately 4 days later, the item arrived and works great. I would comment about their customer support, except that I have not had to use them. The new wireless card gets 4-5 bars - signal when before- the old card would keep dropping the connection.
