They don't update their order site, so tracking is impossible, and after the first email inquiry that they responded that they would get back to me that day, I've heard nothing. Now for my review...
This company has almost no feedback here, but decent feedback elsewhere, so I figured I'd give them a try. I am glad I did -- but there's a backstory associated with it.
I originally wrote a negative review here after placing a fairly time critical order on June 8th and paying extra for 2-day shipping. The company charged my credit card on June 9th. As of June 13th, I *thought* I had not gotten the package. I went to their website to check on the status, and the order was still listed as "In Process" on their web site. I was annoyed with myself that I tried a store that didn't have outstanding ratings here.
I left a negative review here and sent an e-mail to eMediaDepot's customer support.
Much to my surprise, eMediaDepot *called* me at work within an hour. They let me know that there were some orders on their website that did not have updated status because of a glitch, but that my package had been sent on June 8th and had been signed for by my mailroom on June 10th. They gave me the FedEx tracking number. I said I would check on it -- they said if I couldn't find it, they'd send another shipment free of charge(!). My order was around $40, so that was a generous offer. Note they had no idea I wrote a negative review here, so this episode should indicate they have excellent customer service.
I went and checked with my mailroom, and sure enough, they had failed to bring it down to my office or notify me it had arrived.
Based on my experience with eMediaDepot, I'll definitely order here again. The prices for printable DVDs and CDs are right around the other stores that have only lukewarm reviews here, but this store seems to care about its customers. They have my business!"
